Some niche-specific high DA sites and blogs
Remember, relevancy is key - so these are just examples (they're all too broad really, even though they are powerful). Find some less popular, more specific blogs for each specific article (if you want to rank baby formula, find an article on a blog about baby formula and get THAT article to link back to YOUR relevant post. That works way better, and you might even be able to buy a backlink for $100 from some small blog that never makes money anyway. Can't hurt to try, some people have no idea what their DA is or how much those backlinks are worth.
